Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Cauliflower Pizza Crusts have been all the rage over the last couple of years, and you can find them in stores and offered at some pizza places. They tend to be pricier, so making it at home is a cheaper alternative. All you need is a head of cauliflower, tapioca starch, a flax egg, and some seasonings. This recipe starts by taking the head of cauliflower and grating it to form cauliflower rice. Then the excess water needs to be removed by placing the riced cauliflower into a cheese cloth and squeezing until very little excess water comes out. Then add the remaining ingredients, combine, and beging to create your dough. I made mine into a circle as you can see below.
