Red Pepper Hummus
Chickpeas can be made into many different dishes, including chickpea nuggets, falafel, and hummus. Hummus can be a great addition to sandwiches or served as a snack. For this Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, I use 2 red peppers, roast them using my Roaated Red Pepper Recipe which will be posted separately. Then I add the remaining ingredients and blend until an even consistency. If you have a way to peel skins from the chickpeas, it will be easier to create a smoother texture, but it is still a great recipe without that step. Please like, share, and follow for more content!
