Vegan Whole Wheat Pancakes

Sunday morning pancakes are my favorite. Most mornings I eat a bowl of plain Cheerios with almondmilk but one day a week, I splurge and make these delicious 7 ingredients pancakes. 

They are super easy to make - mix the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients, then mix them together.

Vegan Whole Wheat  Pancakes 

Yield: 2 servings

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour | 1.25 cup 

Sugar | 2 tbsps 

Baking Powder | 1 tbsp 

Ground Chia Seeds | 1/2 tsp

Wet Ingredients:

Almondmilk | 1 cup 

Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 tbsp 

Vanilla | 1 tsp

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Add wet ingredients.

3. Combine and set aside. 

4. Add a little bit of oil or vegan butter to a pan over medium heat until melted. 

5. Put desired pancake sized amount of the pancake mixture into the pan and flip after the edges have stopped bubbling. 

6. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
