Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
First recipe to be released from my strawberry picking adventures - Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles. I tried to make the ingredients as simple as possible, so the ingredients are just strawberries, lemon juice, and water. Because they have water, they freeze more as an flavored ice instead of a true popsicle. I do not add sugar which makes them fairly sour, so feel free to add 1/2 cup of sugar if you want them a little bit sweeter.
These are great warm weather snacks or desserts, and can be modified in a lot of ways depending on the fruit combination that you want to use. I plan to make more variations including some yogurt and cream versions.
