Vegan Cheeze Sauce
Vegan Cheeze Sauce is a staple for many recipes - mac and cheeze, quesadillas, enchiladas, nachos, burritos, etc. There are store bought versions, but I like making my own version to save money and know exactly what is in it.
With less than 10 ingredients, this recipe is simple. It takes about 30 minutes to make and most of that time is the cashew soak time.
