Vegan Nutella Mug Cake
Sometimes when I cook sweets, I do not want leftovers. This Vegan Nutella Mug Cake is the perfect one serving dessert that can be made on an as needed basis with stuff I normally have on hand. It combines oat flour, peanut butter, nutella, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and baking powder. Then it goes in the microwave for 70 seconds. It has the texture somewhere between a cake and a cookie and is perfect when topped with more nutella and served with ice cream.
