Baked Cauliflower Mac and Cheeze

I went to a craft fair this weekend, and I stumbled upon a booth called Copper Tree Pottery. There were beautiful spoon holders, bowls, mugs, and these 8 inch baking dishes. I found this white one with speckled spots and loved it so much that I bought it. Since purchasing it Saturday, I've already made two dishes in it with one of them being this Baked Cauliflower Mac and Cheese.

This recipe is perfect for families where eating veggies is hard or for a healthy side dish. The dish is mostly cauliflower with just a couple of servings of noodles, but you can't tell. It seems like 100% pasta when you're eating it. It also uses my Vegan Cheeze Sauce and then is topped with bread crumbs and baked until golden.

It makes between 2 - 4 servings depending on how you want to serve it. If you are using it as side, it'll cover 4 servings, but if you want it as the main dish, 2 servings is probably what you'll get.
