Strawberry Sorbet
It has been hot for a lot of people in the world which means that cold food is essential right now. This strawberry sorbet has 3 ingredients and tastes delicious. The hardest part of this recipe is removing the seeds using a cheese cloth or fine mesh strainer, but it is worth it to have smoother sorbet.

Strawberry Sorbet
Yield: 1 batch
Prep time: 15 minutes
Total time: 4 hours
Ingredients
Strawberries | 2 cups
Sugar | 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice | 1/4 cup
Directions
1. Put ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a cheese cloth or fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds. This may take a while 5-10 minutes but makes the sorbet much smoother.
3. Place in a freezer safe dish and put in the freezer until solid (approximately 4 hours).
4. Enjoy!
